1. What Evenly is
Evenly is a weight trend and wellbeing app. It shares general information. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always talk to a doctor about health worries.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over.
3. Using Evenly
Use Evenly for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not try to break, copy or misuse the app or the website.
4. Accounts
A Goldmend account is optional and works in every Goldmend Health app. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
6. Limits
We work hard to keep Evenly accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. Scale readings and body fat estimates come from your devices. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on general guidance in the app.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The full Goldmend Studio terms apply too.
