Your body, your data
Plain words first. Evenly is built to keep your body data on your phone.
Draft for review by a lawyer before launch. It describes what the app does today; it is not legal advice.

The short version
- On your phone: weigh-ins, measurements, photos, notes and your chat with Kin.
- Photos: never uploaded.
- Goldmend Link (optional): off until you turn it on; trends only.
- Kin: a short summary with each AI message, never your name, photos or full history.
- Never: no selling of data, no ad trackers in the app.
- Your controls: export or delete at any time.
1. What stays on your phone
Your goal, healthy range and display mode; your weigh-ins, waist and body measurements; your progress photos; your notes and markers; your chat with Kin. These are stored on your phone. Photos are never uploaded.
2. Apple Health and Health Connect
If you connect them, Evenly reads weight (and body fat, if your scale records it) and can write weigh-ins you type in. It asks your phone's permission for each type of data, and you can change this in your phone's settings at any time. Evenly does not use this data for advertising.
3. Your Goldmend account (optional)
One Goldmend account works in every Goldmend Health app. It holds your email, your plan and, if you turn on backup, an encrypted copy of your weigh-ins and measurements (never photos) so you can restore them on a new phone.
4. Goldmend Link (optional, off until you turn it on)
Goldmend Link lets Evenly share trends with Nouri and Somni, and see theirs: for example "steady this week" or "short sleep on most nights". You choose each app and each type of data. Only trends and short summaries move, never your full history. Turning a link off stops new sharing straight away.
5. Kin, the AI coach
When you chat with Kin using AI, each message is sent with a short summary (your goal, your trend direction and weekly rate, your display mode, and anything you allowed Kin to remember) to our coach server on Cloudflare and then to Google's Gemini service to write the answer. We do not send your name, email, photos or full history, and our server does not store your messages.
Messages about self-harm, eating disorders, pregnancy, medicines or feeling unsafe are answered on your phone and never sent.
6. Households and a shared scale
In a household, each adult keeps a private account. Others see only what you choose to share, one item at a time. A shared scale knows who is stepping on; readings that could belong to two people are held for you to confirm.
7. What we never do
- We never sell or rent your data.
- There are no ad trackers in the app.
- We do not use your body data for advertising.
8. This website
The trend tool runs in your browser; what you type is not sent to us. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. If you join the launch list, your email is sent to the form service we use for that list, only to tell you when Evenly launches.
9. Your controls
- Export your data in the app: Settings, Privacy and data, Export my data.
- Delete everything on your phone: Settings, Privacy and data, Delete all my data.
- Delete your account: see Delete account, or goldmend.com/data-requests.
10. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and backups are encrypted. To report a security problem, email security@goldmend.com.
11. Who we are
Evenly is a Goldmend Health app by Goldmend Studio, a company registered in Singapore, UEN 53534524X. This is a short app notice; the full Goldmend Studio privacy policy applies too.
12. Age
Evenly is for adults aged 18 and over.
13. Changes
Evenly is in development. If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and its date, and tell you in the app before the change applies.
