Is Evenly a medical app?
No. Evenly shares general wellbeing information and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are worried about your weight, eating or health, talk to a doctor. The app's Help screen lists signs that mean you should see one.
Which scales work with Evenly?
Most smart scales that send readings to Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). Any ordinary scale works too: you type the number in. Check your scale maker's app to make sure it shares weight with Apple Health or Health Connect.
Why does my weight change every day?
Mostly water, salt, food still being digested, exercise and your cycle. That is why Evenly shows a trend. Read Why your weight changes every day.
How is the trend worked out?
Each weigh-in moves the trend one tenth of the way towards the new reading. This hides the daily wobble but still follows a real change within a few weeks. It is Evenly's own design choice, and you can try it in the trend tool.
Can I hide the number?
Yes. Choose Trend only to see the direction without the daily number, or Hidden to keep everything out of sight. Hidden mode is always free.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone. Weigh-ins, measurements, photos and notes stay on the device unless you choose to back them up to your Goldmend account. See the privacy policy.
What is Goldmend Link?
A way to let Goldmend Health apps share trends with each other, for example Nouri meals or Somni sleep. It is off by default. You choose each app and each type of data, and can stop it at any time.
Who is Kin?
Kin is the AI coach in every Goldmend Health app. It is an AI, not a person or a doctor, and it says so. Serious worries are answered on your phone and pointed to real help, such as 995 or SOS on 1767 in Singapore.
How much does it cost?
Evenly is free to use. Premium is $39.99 a year or $4.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial. Bundles with other Goldmend Health apps are on the pricing page. Example US$ prices.
Who can use Evenly?
Adults aged 18 and over. If you have, or think you may have, an eating disorder, please talk to a doctor before tracking your weight; Evenly can stay in Hidden mode.
When does Evenly launch?
Evenly is in development and will launch in Singapore first. Leave your email at the bottom of this page to hear when it is ready.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings, Privacy and data, Delete all my data. For an account, see Delete account.
